Thank you for shopping at Unik Essence Wellness Center. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can help.
Du to certain product nature, only a credit to the store can be apply and a full refund or exchange if the applicable product item is still in package, not used. We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after delivery to make the request if applicable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received the request and let you know if the credit, refund or exchange was approved or not.
