  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 bunch spinach or steam kale
  • 2 cucumbers (cut in small)
  • 500 ml watermwelon (cut in small)
  • 2 stalks of celery, shopped
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 green and yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 carrots cut in strips
  • 2 apples cut into wedges 
  •  1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 20 ml avocado oil
  • Fresh basil and persley leaves
  • lemon juice
  • Sprinkle spirulina
