Love in the moment, believe and be inspired
The key to be at peace is to love everyone unconditionally, including yourself.
How ? Practice forgiveness and letting go of any emotional burden. Fully appreciate the love that exists in the present moment to heal the wounds that divide us. So we accept the truth that respect begins with oneself. Sometimes it’s easier to love a stranger than a family member. Because of the wrongs they have done in the past that we project into the present moment. With the stranger there is no emotional chain preventing you to appreciate to love in the moment even when the energy may be off balance.
