Drinking Water

Just like the planet Earth, our body contain approximatively 70 % of water. It is the most important component in all the bodily fluids; blood, digestive juice, urine, sweats ect…

Water carries all the essential electrolytes and minerals to help generate electrical currents to the body functions. These important elements ions are: sodium (Na), calcium (Ca), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), and chloride (Cl).

When we become aware of the importance of consuming natural products in our personal care daily. We realized and noticed how unnatural is our own tap water at home. The heavenly  chemical additives in the water that supposedly kill germs are very harmful to our health and the preservation of our planet Earth.

When these chemical added come in contact with the organic substance of the water, it can react and produce carcinogens chemicals. There are about 80 contaminants substances currently in the tap water. For example: parasites, chloramines, pesticides, heavy metal, radium, uranium…

Different type of water on the market starting from the best to worse:

– Distilled water ( best option)

– Filtered water 

– Mineral water

– Springwater

– Well water

– Tap water 

Water is vital for life and the amount we consume depend on our weight and the activity level trough sweating. sometimes we may need to drink more to help with the elimination process. One glass of water each morning and before going to bed is recommend daily. however, if your are not a water drinker, try to consumed more fresh fruits and vegetables during daytime to help prevent constipation and the elimination of excessive toxins in the body.

Best to drink water one or two hours before or after eating a meal. Also, avoid  drinking water while eating, as such the food can be diluted in our digestive fluid and reduce the absorption of food digestion and  nutrients assimilation. 

Remember a contaminant-free water is likely your best choice to keep you free from excessive toxins  in your body.
